Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Areas:
We currently ship within US only.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package leaves our facility. If you experience issues, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. For additional help, reach out to us at info@remyrae-skincare.com.

We want you to love your skincare! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below:

Returns:
You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. To be eligible, products must be in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, promotional items, or gift cards.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@remyrae-skincare.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right!
